Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves, merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management regarding inventory and customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
