Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
