Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Operate the cash register, stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers effectively.
• Communicate with team members and management, providing feedback on store operations.
• Conduct inventory counts, follow cash handling policies, and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
