Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with our ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding service.
• Stock shelves, keep merchandise displays neat, and process customer purchases.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
