Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
