Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
