Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and store equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
