Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, stock merchandise, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
