Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. With a focus on collaboration and customer service, you will work alongside our ALDI team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and follow company procedures.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, including handling and selling alcoholic beverages where applicable.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
