Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Cashiering duties and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
