We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
