Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our store's appearance, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills diligently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Offer top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Able to operate equipment safely and maintain store cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
