Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support fellow team members.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Adherence to state and local guidelines for handling alcohol sales.
