Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining store appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and neatness.
• Process customer purchases and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
