Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Capable of safely using equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask.
- Meet all state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
