Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience or equivalent knowledge.
