Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
