Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
