Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and follow security protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment
• Understand and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
