Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
