Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers 32-40 hours per week, starting at $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
