Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and assist with their shopping needs.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts as required.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently, maintain store equipment, and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Prior retail experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
