Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and document confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent.
