Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
