Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on product quality.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely using equipment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
