Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and provide feedback to enhance store operations.
- Participate in store inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of documents and data.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
