Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory, report on products, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in retail is a plus
