Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
