Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous retail experience is a plus

Capability to meet state and local requirements for selling alcohol
