Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its high standards. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
