Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour and requires 32-40 hours per week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational processes.
• Follow cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Experience with general cleaning duties and adherence to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
