We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate necessary equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Capacity to handle alcoholic beverages according to state and local regulations.
