Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are neat and stocked. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and support store management in various tasks to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide top-notch customer service
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe handling of equipment and general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
