Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations on alcohol sales.
