Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and work collaboratively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Capacity to handle physical demands of the role
• High school diploma preferred
