Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members. This position offers 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
