Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Safely use equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
