Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain store cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
