Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience
• Work alongside team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Skilled in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales (if applicable)

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
