Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
