Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
