Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely work with equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
