Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product availability. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies for loss prevention.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
