Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
