Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks per company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
