Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the store's overall success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report to the store management team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience is accepted.
