Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising and stock replenishment tasks.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Participate in inventory management and follow company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
