Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies
• Comply with company policies while upholding document security
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate retail equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
