Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory control and assist in periodic store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring customer and data security.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers proficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
