Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide top-notch customer service and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
